After 30 days, the system knows vendor reliability, team follow-through patterns, project health, and payment status better than any individual.
What is confidence-driven automation?
Confidence-driven automation means every AI extraction is assigned a confidence score that determines whether the system acts autonomously, asks for confirmation, or stays silent. Extractions above 85% confidence auto-create records. Between 70-84%, records are created but flagged for review. Between 50-69%, the system asks one clarifying question. What is tenant-isolated infrastructure?
Tenant isolation means each client's data exists in a completely separate logical environment. Row-level security policies enforce that no database query can ever return data from another tenant. Even if a software bug occurs, the database layer prevents cross-tenant data access as a failsafe.
